Military-affiliated students make up 12% of the UM student body. It is the mission of the Military and Veteran Services Office to create a welcoming network of support for these students and extend needed resources to service members and their families.

• Offer financial aid, mental health counseling, childcare services and housing assistance  

• Maximize veteran student education benefits related to the GI Bill and military tuition assistance
