W.A. Franke College of Forestry and Conservation
Launch Tomorrow's Leaders in Forestry and Conservation

The W.A. Franke College of Forestry and Conservation empowers UM students to become leaders in diverse fields, from wildlife biology and tourism and recreation, to sustainable land management and spatial technologies.

Your gift of any amount provides:

  • Hands-on, field-based learning and research
  • Student and faculty opportunities at Lubrecht Experimental Forest and Bandy Ranch
  • Faculty innovation in research, teaching and fieldwork
  • Student scholarships

We are excited to continue our legacy of pioneering conservation practices through “Treasure Montana: Cultivating Our Tomorrow.” This campaign aims to inspire support for a new hub for environment and conservation learning, research and collaboration on the UM campus.

To better help students tackle the problems of tomorrow, the Student Success Center within the new building will be a collaborative space where Franke College students receive support from a team of professionals.

You may direct your gift to the area of greatest need through the Impact Fund, the Scholarship Fund, or the new Student Success Center by using the dropdown menu after clicking the 'Give Now' button.

You help UM students build the skills they need to protect our world for the generations that follow. Thank you for helping to safeguard the ecosystems of Montana and beyond.

Every gift tells a tale. Be a part of the UM story, now and forever.
