Your gift to spectrUM Discovery Area helps inspire youth across Montana to pursue higher education and careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. An award-winning science center, spectrUM Discovery Area inspires the next generation of scientists, problem solvers and creative thinkers.

Your generosity supports:

• Daily programming delivered by volunteers and UM students at our admission-free Discovery Bench in the Missoula Public Library
• Science for All Scholarships for students in need to participate in summer camps and field trips at low or no cost
• EmPower Place, a free learning center in the Missoula Food Bank and Community Center that serves over 18,000 youth and families each year
• Science on Wheels, a traveling science program that reaches rural and tribal communities across the state
• Community partnerships with SciNation on the Flathead Reservation to engage over 1,500 youth with interactive science exhibits
