Your gift to the UM Foundation in support of the Excellence in Native American Education Fund allows the University to build pathways to higher education and meaningful careers for Montana’s Native American students. Your generosity helps UM:  

• Provide direct support for critical or emergency student needs.
• Implement paid work study and internship programs.
• Remove the barriers to graduate school for Native applicants by subsidizing preparatory courses and testing fees.
• Establish a food pantry in the American Indian Student Services office for easy accessibility.
• Invite tribal cultural programs and activities to keep students connected to their traditions.
• Retain talented Native American faculty.
• Host Native American scholars, researchers, dignitaries and more for seminars and speakers series.
